- General Pest Control: Includes a 12-month limited warranty, effective as of September 2025. External sprays are fully effective for 3–6 months, while internal sprays are effective for 6–12 months. Homeowners may continue to benefit for up to 12 months as new pest colonies need time to infest. If covered pests return within the warranty period, we will return too. You must allow treatments time to work (e.g., up to 4 weeks for ants) and follow legal limits on the frequency of insecticide applications within 12 months.
- End-of-Lease Pest Control: This is a compliance-based knockdown service covering adult fleas, Australian cockroaches, and American cockroaches. German cockroaches, flea eggs, and flea pupae are strictly excluded. Properties must be vacant, clean, and pet-free at the time of service. Please note: Adult fleas may take 2–3 days to expire after contacting treated surfaces; we recommend scheduling your service accordingly. No warranty applies. Due to high demand, priority is given to our ongoing customers; please book as early as possible to secure your preferred date.
- Visual Termite Inspection: Conducted to AS 3660.2:2017. These inspections are not timber pest inspections (AS 4349.3), pre-purchase inspections, or invasive inspections. No warranty applies.
- Chemical Termite Barriers: Eligible Termidor HE chemical termite barriers are backed by the $2 Million Termidor Assurance Warranty and QBCC Home Warranty Insurance, where applicable. Please refer to the Termidor and QBCC Home Warranty terms and conditions for further details.
- Treatment Performance: Our liquid insecticides are APVMA-approved and work through delayed toxicity, making them safe for use around homes when applied by licensed technicians. Most are non-repellent, meaning crawling and flying insects (except termites and German cockroaches) cannot detect them, allowing transfer from one insect to another. A flushing effect and temporary increase in pest activity after treatment is normal. Treatments do not repel typical household crawling and flying insects; they kill once pests contact treated surfaces. The time it takes for an insect to expire varies between insect types and sizes, ranging from a few hours to several days.
- Discounts: 10% discount is available for Seniors, Pensioners, and Australian Defence Force (ADF) members (serving and retired). Discounts apply to the principal place of residence, including tenants in rental properties. Discounts do not apply to investment properties. One discount per visit applies.
- Payments: Full payment is required on the day of service. Cash, EFTPOS, and card payments are accepted.

What to expect after treatment
External sprays are typically fully effective for 3 to 6 months.
Internal sprays are typically effective for 6 to 12 months.

Ant programs can take up to 4 weeks to settle.
Any re-applications must comply with product labels and legal limits within a 12-month period.

A general service includes a thorough inspection and targeted treatments inside and outside your property. We treat skirting boards, kitchens, bathrooms, garages, roof voids, and external walls to create a protective barrier that keeps pests out.
We recommend clearing away clutter, vacuuming floors, covering food and utensils, and making sure children and pets are kept out of treatment areas. Your technician will give you clear instructions if anything else is needed.
Re-entry time is usually between two and four hours depending on the treatment used. Your technician will let you know the exact timeframe before starting the service.
For most homes, we recommend treatment every six months to break pest breeding cycles and keep your home protected throughout the year. Some situations may need more frequent treatments — your technician can advise the best schedule for you.
